Ira Ray Cox, 75, of Deshler, Ohio passed away Sunday night, February 28, 2021 at the Bridge Hospice Care Center, Bowling Green, Ohio.
He was born October 7, 1945 in Corbin, Kentucky to the late Hayes and Mary (Perry) Cox.  On July 6, 1972 he married Donna Cunningham and they were together for over 48 years.

Ira is survived by his wife, Donna; children, Laura Cox, Deshler; Melissa Cox, Toronto, Ohio; Arthur Cox, Sandusky, Ohio; Angela (Adam) Ellerbrock, Ottawa, Ohio; Joseph Cox, Deshler; 7 grandchildren, Emily; Tiffany; Stormy; Jordan; Katilyn; Kirsten; Autumn; 1 great grandson, Josiah; sisters, Sandy Cohan, Yuba City, California; Kathy Huer, Van Wert, Ohio; Lily Smith, Yuba City, California; Clara Muholland, Van Wert, Ohio and brother, Charles (Vicki) Hazelschwartz, Dupont, Ohio.
He was also preceded in death by an infant twin brother.
