Larry R. Browneller
January 28, 1935 - December 18, 2020
Larry Royce Browneller, 85, of Deshler, Ohio passed away Friday afternoon, December 18, 2020 at Blanchard Valley Hospital, Findlay, Ohio.
He was born January 28, 1935 in Fostoria, Ohio to the late Floyd and Mildred (Eblen) Browneller. On November 24, 1954 he married Luella (Bibler) Browneller and they shared 66 years together before she preceded him in death on February 7, 2020.
Larry was a graduate of Deshler High School and served his country in the U.S. Army from 1955 - 1956. Larry worked at the former Egry Register Company, Leipsic, Ohio; Cooper Tire & Rubber Company Print Shop, Findlay, Ohio; Chrysler Machining, Perrysburg, Ohio and General Dynamics, Lima, Ohio.
He was a member of Union Local #2075 and life member of DAV Chapter #30. Along with his wife, Luella, they enjoyed years of traveling all over the country in their campers or multiple collectible cars and spending winters in Arizona. They were members of the Flying Quail Model "A" Ford Club and Pontiac-Oakland Club.
He is survived by his daughter, Cathy (Michael) Hopkins; son, Mike "Creeper" Browneller, grandchildren, Brian (Sheila) Sizemore; Ryan (Tasha) Sizemore; Daniel (Brianna) Sizemore; Jeff Hopkins; Andrew Hopkins; Kelli Hopkins; Katie Hopkins, Johnny Browneller; Tommy Browneller; and 15 great grandchildren.
He was also preceded in death by sister, Leola Barney.
Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday at Feehan-Rodenberger Funeral Home, Deshler with Pastor Richard Betts officiating. Graveside services with military honors will follow at Woodlawn Cemetery, Deshler.
Visitation will be from 12 noon - 2 p.m. prior to the services. Masks will be required, social distancing will be practiced and occupancy will be monitored at all times.
Memorials are suggested to Honor Flight of Findlay or the Wounded Warrior Project.
