Larry L. Challen
December 8, 1939 - March 24, 2021

   Larry Lee Challen, 81, of Findlay, Ohio passed away Wednesday morning, March 24, 2021 at St. Catherine's Manor of Findlay.
   He was born December 8, 1939 in Deshler, Ohio to the late Howard Lee and Gineth (Henning) Challen.  On October 4, 1963 he married Constance "Connie" Haas and she preceded him in death on April 23, 2017.  On September 22, 2018 he married Ruth (Haas) Alexander.
   Larry was a 1957 graduate of Deshler High School.  He then graduated in 1963 from Tiffin University with a Bachelor's Degree in Business.  He worked at Cooper Tire & Rubber Company, Findlay for over 30 years as a credit manager, retiring in 1994.
   In his spare time, Larry enjoyed computers and automobiles.  Over the years he particularly enjoyed owning Chevrolets, specifically a Corvette, Tahoe and SSR.  Currently he was passionate about his 2006 Unlimited Jeep Wrangler.
   Larry is survived by his wife, Ruth; sister, Lorena (James) Schwab; nephew, David (Gail) Schwab; nieces, Deborah (Andrew) Tucker; Cynthia (Arthur) Hotaling; step daughter, Morgan Alexander (Denny Hutchison) and many great nieces and nephews.
   Memorial services for Larry will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday at Feehan-Rodenberger Funeral Home, Deshler.  Visitation will be from 1-2 p.m. prior to the services.  Anyone attending will be required to wear a mask and practice social distancing.
