Wilma A. Meyer
October 5, 1922 - March 3, 2020

   Wilma Alma Meyer, 97, of Hamler, Ohio passed away on March 3, 2020 at Vancrest Health Care Center in Holgate, Ohio.  She was born on October 5, 1922 to Ernest and Caroline (Wachtman) Cordes in Napoleon Township, Ohio.     
   Wilma was united in marriage to Raymond A. Meyer on July 31, 1942 in Hattiesburg, Mississippi and he preceded her in death on May 31, 2010.  She was a homemaker, 4-H advisor, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and a great-great grandmother who loved her family.   She was active in her church and enjoyed sewing.  
   Wilma is survived by daughters Marilyn (Jerry) Goeglein, Fort Wayne, Indiana;  Carol (Ron) Zugay, Dandridge, Tennessee and Debra Stover, Napoleon, Ohio;  five grandchildren, Kristin (Mike) Roberts, Fort Wayne, Indiana; David (Jamie) Wilkinson, Zionsville, Indiana; Eric (Jessica) Stover, Napoleon, Ohio, Matt (Lindsay) Zugay, Hutchinson, Kansas and Angela Zugay, Broomfield, Colorado;  11 great-grandchildren, Rob (Kristin) Roberts, Jacksonville, North Carolina, Michaela (Conrad) Fries, Zachary Roberts, Fort Wayne, Indiana, Simon, Maya, Leo, and Moses Wilkinson, Zionsville, Indiana, Caden and Alexis Stover, Napoleon, Ohio and Caleb and Caitlyn Zugay, Hutchinson, Kansas; and one great-great grandchild, Annalyce Roberts, Jacksonville, North Carolina.    Wilma is also survived by sisters-in-law Erika Cordes and Lila Cordes and many nieces and nephews.   In additional to her parents and husband, Wilma was also preceded in death by her brothers, Delbert, Don, Paul and Waldo Cordes and sons-in-law Richard Wilkinson and James Stover.  
   Funeral services are 11:00 am on Saturday, March 7, 2020 at Immanuel Lutheran Church, Hamler, Ohio with Rev. Ted Rellstab officiating.  Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
   Visitation will be from 2-7 p.m. on Friday, March 6, 2020 at Feehan-Rodenberger Funeral Home, Deshler, Ohio. and from 10-11 a.m., Saturday prior to the services at church.
   Memorial contributions may be made to Immanuel Lutheran Church, G-983 SR 109,  Hamler, Ohio or Putnam County Homecare and Hospice, 575 Ottawa-Glandorf Road, Suite #3, Ottawa, Ohio 45875.
